Public offer
This document is addressed to anyone who approaches the company for its services. By placing an order — by phone, on WhatsApp or through the form on this site — you accept the terms below.
1. The parties
The Provider is the company named in the registration details. The Client is the individual or legal entity placing the order. The Provider's details appear on the invoice and in the contract and are supplied on request.
2. Subject
The Provider supplies a car with a chauffeur for trips in Astana and beyond: one-way transfers, hourly hire, full day, intercity trips, service for delegations and events. The car is driven only by the Provider's chauffeur; the car is not handed over without a driver.
3. Booking and confirmation
- Orders are taken by phone, on WhatsApp at the same number, or through the form on this site.
- An order is accepted once the Provider has confirmed the class of car, the date, the time, the pickup address and the price.
- City pickup is from 60 minutes after confirmation. An order placed in advance is carried out at the agreed time.
- For an airport meeting the Client provides the flight number. The Provider tracks the actual arrival time.
4. Price and payment
- Current rates are published in the Rates section. Rates are shown excluding VAT.
- The price is fixed at confirmation and does not change afterwards unless the Client changes the route, the duration or the class of car.
- Changes during the trip — extra addresses, extra time, leaving the city — are charged additionally at the current rates.
- Payment: cash to the chauffeur, Kaspi transfer, bank card, or bank transfer under a contract. Legal entities receive acts, invoices and e-invoices.
5. Changes and cancellation
The Client may move the time or cancel the order by notifying the Provider by phone or on WhatsApp no later than 3 (three) hours before the scheduled pickup time. Terms for changes and cancellations after this deadline, and for cancelling prepaid orders, are agreed by the parties at confirmation.
The Provider may substitute a car of the same or a higher class at no change in price, having notified the Client.
6. Obligations of the parties
The Provider undertakes:
- to supply a sound, clean and fuelled car at the agreed time;
- to provide a chauffeur with a valid licence and working experience;
- to keep the route and the content of the trip confidential.
The Client undertakes:
- to give accurate details of the time, the addresses and the number of passengers;
- to observe the rules of conduct in the car, not to smoke and not to carry prohibited items;
- to pay for the service in the agreed amount and manner;
- to compensate documented damage caused to the car through the fault of the Client or their passengers.
7. Liability
The Provider is not liable for delays or disrupted plans caused by circumstances beyond its control: traffic, road closures, weather, actions of state authorities, changes to flight schedules.
The Provider is not liable for items left in the car but will assist in returning them.
8. Personal data
By placing an order the Client consents to the processing of their data on the terms of the Privacy policy.
9. Final provisions
The Provider may amend the terms of this offer and the rates. Amendments take effect once published on this site and do not apply to orders already confirmed. The relationship between the parties is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
